Validation Debt behaves exactly like financial debt. It charges interest.
Day 1 (Low Interest)
You assume users want X. You ask. They say No. Cost: 5 minutes. (Pivot).
Day 90 (High Interest)
You assumed X. Built it. Launched. They hate it. Cost: 3 weeks of code deletion + reputation damage.
The longer you go without talking to a customer, the higher the rate becomes, until the cost to pivot exceeds your runway.

- The "Field of Dreams": Building features to attract users, not features requested by them.
- The "Stealth" Mode: Hiding IP means hiding from feedback. Compounding debt.

Risk: Email addresses are curiosity, not validation. Until they pay, you are in debt.
