The Exeluma
Execution Protocol

The open-source standard for entrepreneurial execution. Stop guessing. Follow the logic.

Updated: July 2026
Protocol: QS-1.0-STABLE

The Physics of Traction

Most founders operate on "Reaction Mode." They wake up, check email, and let other people dictate their day. This is entropy.

The Exeluma Protocol is a closed-loop system designed to reverse entropy. It is based on Agile Development, Stoicism, and Military Command Doctrine.

It consists of four rigid phases:

01Constraint
02Focus
03Truth
04Audit

Phase 1: Constraint (The Sunday Lock)

You cannot execute infinite ideas with finite time. You must apply artificial constraint.

The Protocol:

Weekly Sprint Planning

Why this works:

"It separates the 'CEO Mode' (Decision) from 'Worker Mode' (Action). You make decisions only once a week. Mid-week pivoting is now a violation of protocol."

Phase 2: Focus (The Daily Block)

A "To-Do List" is a wish. A "Time Block" is a commitment.

The Protocol:

The Deep Work Session

The Single Tab Rule

When executing, you are allowed only ONE browser tab open. Research must happen before or after the block.

Phone Status

Airplane Mode or another room. If you can reach your phone, you have already failed the focus protocol.

Phase 3: Truth (The Binary Log)

We do not track "feelings." We track binary outcomes.

At the end of the work day (e.g., 6:00 PM), ask one question:
"Did I complete the Micro-Step?"

Option A: YES— Mark as Done. Dopamine hit secured.
Option B: NO— Must log Constraint Code.

Failure Codes (The Bottleneck Reveal)

ERR_DISTRACTIONI scrolled social media / got lost in email.
ERR_FEARI avoided the hard task by doing "busy work".
ERR_TECHNICALI didn't know how to do it / reached a block.
ERR_EXTERNALAn emergency happened (health, client crisis).

Phase 4: Audit (The Review)

A system without a feedback loop is just a ritual.

The Execution Score Formula

(Tasks Completed / Tasks Planned) x 100

< 70% Score

Do less next week. You are overestimating your capacity. Cut your goals by 50%.

> 90% Score

Increase intensity. You are sandbagging. You have more capacity than you are using.

ERR_FEAR x 3

The task is too big. Break it down into smaller, less intimidating micro-steps.

How To Run This System

Choose your level of friction.

Level 1: Paper Mode

"Run this protocol using a physical notebook. Low cost, but requires extreme manual discipline."

  • • NO Automated history
  • • NO Trend analysis
  • • NO AI Interrogation
  • • HIGH Friction

Level 2: Automated

"We built the Exeluma App to enforce this protocol automatically. Zero friction execution."

  • • Auto-Locking Sprints
  • • Daily Binary Check-ins
  • • AI Failure Analysis
  • • Execution Score History

Reading is not execution

Run this protocol for real.

Exeluma turns a framework you just read into a locked weekly sprint — with an AI that checks whether you actually shipped it.
