- One revision round on every improvement. Fixing our own mistakes doesn’t count as your revision.
- Delivery target: 5 business days after the task is confirmed and your inputs and access are in.
- Unused months don’t roll over, but a request you’ve submitted is protected across the month boundary.

A service business asks for a follow-up sequence. We write three short messages for leads who didn’t reply, set them up as templates in the email tool they already use, document when to send each one, and hand it back for review.

What counts as one improvement?
One task from the list on this page, for one business, delivered as described—for example, three follow-up messages set up in your email tool, or one appointment reminder configured in your booking system. Bigger or ongoing work belongs in a Business System or Execute.
Is it actually implemented, or do I just get a file?
Each task states exactly how it’s delivered. When your tool is supported and you give us access, we set it up for you. If your tool isn’t supported, we tell you before you pay, and we only deliver an editable version if you agree to that.
How do I pay?
Pick your first improvement and send the short request. A person confirms it fits and your tool is supported, then emails you a secure payment link for $49/month. Nothing is charged until you use that link.
What access do you need?
Only what the task needs, through a collaborator invite or your tool’s own sharing feature. Never send passwords by email or in a form.
How fast is it delivered?
Our target is first delivery within 5 business days after we have everything we need—the task is confirmed and your inputs and access are in. One round of revisions is included.
What if my request is too big?
We tell you before you pay and suggest the one thing that fits—usually a smaller first step, a one-time Execution Sprint, or a Business System. You’re never asked to upgrade to get the improvement you paid for.
What if I don’t use my month?
One improvement per paid month. An unused month doesn’t roll over, but a request you’ve submitted is protected even if delivery crosses into the next month.
How do I cancel?
Anytime. Cancelling stops the next renewal—no call, no minimum term. Work already requested for the current paid month is still completed, and delivered work stays yours.
